About Lexi

Reiki Master - Red Drum Carrier - Embodiment Guide - Ceremonialist - Folk Magic Practitioner

Lexi is an intuitive healer, ceremonialist, and embodiment guide who has devoted her life to stepping deeply into her spiritual gifts and ancestral wisdom. She began her energy work journey in 2020, studying with Kierra Audrin and receiving initiations in both Usui (Japanese) and Seichim (Egyptian) Reiki. Her training included multidimensional healing practices, shamanic ritual, and sacred womb energetics.

Lexi’s gifts include aura reading, spirit communication, intuitive guidance, and energetic channeling. Sessions with her may include ancestral messages, removal of energetic blocks, inner child healing, past life clearing, or divine downloads from guides and Soul. She believes she is simply a conduit—allowing God to work through her for her clients’ highest good.

As a Red Drum Carrier in the lineage of Nikiah Seeds’ Red Moon Mystery School (now know as The Sacred Path School), Lexi also leads 1:1 Womb Healing Sessions and Women's Circles using The Red Drum as a sacred sound tool to awaken feminine power and remembrance. The Red Drum, handmade under the guidance of Red Drum Leader Stephanie Domingue, is the heartbeat of the Earth and represents a woman's right to heal through sound, community, and ritual.

Lexi founded The Sacred Cycles Women’s Circle (formerly The Wild Feminine Workshop) to hold space for women to gather in ceremony, create, receive healing, and reconnect to their divine rhythms. These seasonal gatherings (held each Solstice and Equinox) are portals for transformation, and she also offers private circles for birthdays, bachelorette blessings, or intimate group healing sessions.

In collaboration with former CrossFit Games athlete Emily Abbott, Lexi has also studied how to support women in aligning physical movement with their infradian rhythms. This includes teaching clients how to build a body devotion practice—one that honors all phases of the menstrual cycle and helps women nourish, rest, and move with intention rather than punishment. This work blends the sacred with the scientific and is at the heart of Lexi’s embodiment work- to help women know and listen to their bodies, reclaim pleasure, and live in divine connection.

Lexi also comes from a long line of Italian folk healers and is reclaiming the traditional magic that was nearly lost through generations of persecution. She practices and teaches remedies from her ancestral lineage, including the malocchio or “evil eye” cleanse using oil, water, and egg. She honors the tradition of keeping this work freely given—la medicina è sacra.

Lexi is also a devoted yoga teacher. She completed her most recent 200-hour training through Nova Stella School of Yoga under lead teacher Amanda Guerrero, where the focus was Bhakti (devotion), Yogic Philosophy, and energetic alignment. Her teaching blends Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative practices, always guided by intuition and spirit. She has worked extensively with veterans, teaching trauma-informed yoga and hosting support groups through a local nonprofit. Her classes create a welcoming space for all bodies and stories.

Before her path turned toward deeper soul healing, Lexi spent six years in the traditional fitness world. She is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, and Precision Nutrition Coach. She has trained college wrestlers, football players prepping for the NFL Draft, and middle/high school sports teams, with a focus on injury prevention and performance optimization. Many of her teams experienced their first injury-free seasons under her guidance.

Now, she weaves her strength and conditioning knowledge into her spiritual work—especially when supporting women in developing sustainable, intuitive movement practices that fuel their energy and deepen their connection to self.

Acknowledgement of Sacred Land and Ancient Practices

I honor the land on which I live and practice—the ancestral homelands of the Ute, Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Pueblo peoples, including the Jicarilla Apache, Southern Ute, and Ute Mountain Ute Nations. These lands have been places of ceremony, medicine, and community for countless generations. I bow to their enduring presence, their deep wisdom, and their guardianship of the earth beneath my feet. May this work honor their resilience and sovereignty.

I also honor the sacred practices and lineages that flow through my offerings:

Reiki – a healing practice birthed in Japan through the spiritual awakening of Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. His teachings were carried forward by Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, a naval officer and physician, and later entrusted to Hawayo Takata, a Japanese-American woman who brought Reiki to the West, ensuring that this medicine would continue to flow across oceans and generations. Alongside Usui Reiki, I also honor Seichim Reiki, a stream of healing energy rooted in ancient Egyptian traditions, carried forward in modern times as a remembrance of divine feminine energy and wholeness. I bow to these teachers, and to the countless healers who have carried these lineages with integrity and love.

Yoga – an ancient spiritual path emerging from South Asia, born of sages and seekers who devoted their lives to union of body, mind, and spirit. Long before yoga reached Western shores, it was (and remains) a philosophy of discipline, devotion, and liberation. I honor the depth of this tradition, far beyond the physical postures, as a path of remembrance and awakening.

Sound Healing – a universal medicine of vibration and resonance, practiced in many cultures throughout time: in the chants and mantras of Vedic traditions, the sacred drumming and song of Indigenous peoples, the overtones of Tibetan and Mongolian chanting, and the ceremonial rattles, flutes, and bowls used in ritual across continents. I honor the sacred red drum, carried first by women as a tool of ceremony, rhythm, and spiritual awakening—the heartbeat of the earth, echoing the heartbeat of the womb. I honor the voices, instruments, and vibrations that have always been used to heal the body, attune the spirit, and connect us to the unseen.

The Women’s Healing Arts – across thousands of years, women have held the roles of midwives, herbalists, seers, and medicine keepers. They carried wisdom through whispered prayers, through hands on the body, through remedies drawn from earth and spirit. They carried it despite exile, persecution, and silencing. I honor these women—known and unknown—who kept alive the threads of healing, weaving resilience through their lineages so that we might remember today. I honor the tradition of women’s circles, where sisters have gathered for millennia to share stories, rituals, and remembrance, creating sacred space for community healing and spiritual awakening. I also honor the ways of Italian folk magic (the magic of my ancestors): the benedizioni (blessings), earth-based rituals, and ancestral practices passed quietly through generations of women in kitchens, gardens, and prayer, preserving connection to the sacred in everyday life.

This space is a tapestry woven from land and lineage, ancestors and practices, remembered and reawakened. These traditions belong to no one and to everyone, all at once—gifts of Spirit that move through time and across cultures. I offer them as prayers, in devotion to the healing of all sentient beings.

May this work honor the ancestors, uplift the present, and plant seeds for generations yet to come.

May all beings be happy. May all beings be healthy. May all being be free from suffering.

A Note on Abundance and our Sacred Energy Exchange

I believe that every session is more than a transaction—it is a sacred energy exchange, a flow that honors both giver and receiver, and a prayer for the New Earth we are co-creating.

At the same time, I believe that healing is the birthright of all beings, not a privilege reserved for a few. If you feel called to this work but finances are a barrier, please reach out to me directly. I offer pathways for accessible healing, because your wholeness matters, and the medicine is meant for everyone.

A portion of all contributions received for my services is offered back into the collective—supporting causes that weave more compassion into our world, such as animal rights activism, the preservation of Indigenous teachings, and feeding those in need within our community.
