Many people arrive in this space familiar with Reiki or similar energy work. But what Lexi offers goes beyond that. Sessions here are guided by intuition and respond exactly to what you need in the moment. Each session is unique and addresses layers of healing for the energetic body. Shamanic tools of sound, crystals, and herbs, as well as multidimensional ancestral medicine, are used to access deeper healing that Reiki cannot touch. This type of healing is as ancient and potent as it gets. In these sessions, we go beyond the outer layers of what is sometimes referred to as “the pain body” to anchor you back into your soul essence.

Womb Awakening Ceremony
There is an even deeper layer of this work that lives in the body of woman. The womb space holds all of the experiences of this life and beyond. She’s a cosmic library containing the codes needed to manifest your greatest dreams, but often also layers of pain that exist beyond this lifetime. Your ancestral guidance lives here. Your seat of deep intuitive knowing lives here. Your feminine power to create whole timelines lives here. Many of the ways we feel disconnected from ourselves are held in the body, in the womb. Through womb-focused healing, there is a gradual return to safety, to wholeness, to a deep relationship with yourself and your womanhood. This offering goes beyond a healing “session” and steeps you in a full-body ceremony. Here you will be deeply guided into an immersive healing experience designed for emotional release, feminine reconnection, and inner awakening. This offering blends energy healing, womb activation, somatic awareness, and ceremonial practices.

This work is very intuitively guided and you will participate in the intentional crafting of your experience. You will have the opportunity to step into energy healing and womb work, heart and womb activations, deep feminine embodiment practices, integration of cycle awareness, intuitive movement and nourishment practices, and self-healing rituals in 2 monthly ceremonies that honor the whole of your being. You will also have robust support in between ceremonies to ensure that you are held through the integration process.

About Lexi
Lexi Kristan is a ceremonialist, womb wisdom keeper, and feminine embodiment guide.
She holds space for women to remember themselves, reclaim the power of their bodies, and awaken the instinctual wisdom within their bones, blood, and breath. Through energy, ceremony, embodiment, and ancestral lineage, she creates sacred containers for deep transformation and remembrance of the true nature of woman.
Lexi began this path over ten years ago with her first 200-hour yoga teacher training, knowing she was meant to guide women in healing. In 2020, she deepened her work through energy healing training with Kierra Audrin, receiving master-level initiations in Usui and Seichim Reiki, alongside advanced study of the chakras and auric field. Her practice has since evolved into intuitive guidance, spirit communication, multidimensional energy work, sound healing, and ancestral shamanic medicine—shaped by both her teachers and her own awakenings.
The womb is at the heart of her work, honored as both a physical and energetic center of memory, emotion, creativity, and power. In her Womb Awakening Ceremonies, women are guided through embodied ritual to release, reclaim, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Lexi's own healing journey through an eating disorder and health challenges led her back to her body and to this work, which she now carries into every offering.
Lexi believes true healing unfolds over time, in intentional, ceremonial space where women can move slowly, feel safe, and access their own wisdom. Each session is intuitively guided, allowing transformation to emerge naturally.
Lexi is also a Red Drum Carrier in the lineage of Nikiah Seeds’ Red Moon Mystery School, using the drum as a heartbeat of the Earth in ceremony—supporting remembrance, release, and reclamation.
Lexi's work is deeply rooted in movement and embodiment, blending yoga, strength training, and intuitive practices to support women in reconnecting with their bodies and cultivating devotion to themselves. Grounded in both trauma-informed care and a degree in Psychology, she weaves together science, spirit, and ancestral wisdom—including Italian folk healing traditions.
Lexi is also the founder of The Sacred Cycles Women’s Circle, a seasonal gathering held on solstices and equinoxes, offering women a space to come together in ritual, remembrance, and community.
Acknowledgement of Land and Lineage
This work is offered upon the ancestral lands of the Ute, Cheyenne, Arapaho, and Pueblo peoples, including the Jicarilla Apache, Southern Ute, and Ute Mountain Ute Nations. It is offered in gratitude to the generations of women, healers, and ancestors who held these lands and carried their wisdom.
The ancestors of all of the women who come here seeking care are honored deeply with this work. Their spirits are woven into every ceremony, every breath, every drumbeat.
This container holds reverence for Reiki, yoga, sound healing, and women’s healing arts—offered as prayers, in devotion to collective awakening, and in remembrance of those who held these practices across time. It honors the Red Drum lineage, Italian folk medicine, yogic traditions, and the sacred work of all of the medicine women who came before us.
