Lexi has spent the better part of the last decade teaching yoga in a variety of studios and gyms in Pueblo. She has also spent 6 years coaching CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. She left the traditional fitness industry in 2020 in favor of pursuing deeper Soul healing for herself and her clients. Her most recent Yoga Teacher Training was done through Nova Stella School of Yoga in Pueblo Colorado under lead instructor Amanda Guerrero. The training emphasized Bhakti- Loving Devotion to Creator, Yogic Philosophy, Vinyasa Flow, and the impact of regular practice on the health of the energy body.
Lexi has taught a wide range of yoga students and has developed a trauma informed approach as a result of 4 years spent working with a local Veteran Non Profit, where she taught veteran yoga and hosted support groups.
Given her strength and conditioning background she is also the perfect instructor for athletes. She has been recruited by college wrestling coaches, as well as Colorado State University Football Players prepping for the NFL Draft. In addition to high level athletes, she has also worked with high school and middle school sports teams to prevent injury and maximize performance. Thanks to her, some sports teams have experienced their first ever injury free season.
In the winter of 2020 Lexi began to come into her spiritual gifts. Shortly after, she enrolled in Reiki Training with her teacher Kierra Audrin. The training involved both Usui (Japanese Reiki) and Seichim (Egyptian Reiki) as well as multidimensional energy work and Shamanic practices. Throughout the process she identified and honed her gifts which include mediumship, psychic abilities, and intuitive healing. Lexi is capable of reading auras, connecting with spirit guides and ancestors, sensing energy flow and blocks, as well as using a variety of methods to facilitate energetic healing, and to teach students to heal themselves. She loves to use Reiki as one of many tools she has developed. Lexi believes herself to be a conduit between her client and The Divine. She lets God work through her during session- this may show up as removal of energetic blocks, release of past life trauma, inner child healing, connection with ancestors or loved ones who have moved on from this plane, unveiling of spirit guides, healing colors, or messages from Soul.
Part of Lexi’s calling has also been to serve women specifically. When she stepped into the world as an energy healer she felt the pull to create a sacred container for women to gather in community and tap into their Divine Feminine energy. Thus, The Wild Feminine Workshop (also know as "Daughter's of the Goddess" or "Sacred Cycles" Women's Circle) was born. At this workshop, women have the chance to gather in community, create art, and receive energy healing. Lexi hosts theses workshops periodically in Pueblo and is also available to host private workshops for groups of friends, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, etc. upon request.
In her journey of devotion to the feminine, Lexi has also worked closely with former CrossFit Games athlete Emily Abbott to learn the ins and oust of athletic training in conjunction with a woman’s infradian rhythm (menstrual cycle). Lexi has the ability to guide her female clients through specific work to help them to tap into their innate wisdom and create a training cycle, better described as a body devotion, that works for their individual needs. This includes so much more than physical training- this work is about tapping into your body and asking her how she want to be nourished, moved, and honored during all phases of her cycle.
Lexi Truly believes that every woman deserves the chance to know and listen to her body intimately and to optimize her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Her mission is to help women understand their unique cycles and use that powerful knowledge to bring more joy, pleasure, and divine connection into their lives!
In addition to formal training, Lexi also comes from a long lineage of Italian Folk Magic. Although the word "Witch" did go by the wayside in the old country for fear of persecution, Lexi is working to reclaim it today. Italian Folk magic has a rich history that combines traditional Pagan rituals with newer Catholic influences. Goddesses and Saints are equally revered and new and old tools alike are used in full body healing. To this day Lexi continues her ancestral work and study of Folk Magic Remedies. The most well known being, the " Il malocchio" or "evil eye" cleanse. Performed using holy water, olive oil, and an egg. Traditionally, medicine women did not charge for this service and Lexi does not either.
In addition to her work as a guide, healer, and coach- she is a full-time Special Education teacher in Pueblo. Many of her clients are in education and she loves helping them create time and space for healing.
